Alnea Sp z o.o. has received subsidy form National Center of research and development to realize project titled: “Automatic optical system for 3D positioning of anthropomorphic industrial robots”, within Actions 1.1, Subactions: Industrial research and development works realized by enterprises.
The goal of the project is creation of system consisting of 3D detector, controller and specialized software.
Whole system combined with a 6-axis anthropomorphic robot has to realize a self-learning tool as a industrial robot.
In effect, there has to emerge a product as a industrial robot with one of chosen technologies that would not be programmed in a classic way, only configured by a engineer or an operator. Robot will find the element in work space by itself and perform on it operations according to chosen technology.
ALNEA is known for automation and robotization processes, vision control systems or complex semiautomatic stations and testers. However, it turned out that demand of the market grows constantly, that’s why the company creates even more complicated and developed projects of production lines on request. Completely new feature are virtual reality visualizations – customer can watch his own production line in virtual space, take place near specified work station and verify if the suggested solutions are optimal.
