As a producer of technological lines, we have already automated, for example: the soldering process (Zeus-100) of connectors, GSM filters, processes such as screwing, plasma cutting, gluing, palletizing. We make production testers and stock buffers. Alnea production lines are assisted by our Horus Vision System supported by artificial intelligence.
At Alnea we have already implemented ABB robots, KUKA, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Omron and Janome. Our engineers create machines for the industry and at the same time develop new areas such as mechatronics, automation and robotics. A modern robot is no longer an arm and a gripper, but a control system in which each servo receives the highest performance.
We specialize in design and building of robotized production lines and robotized semi-automatic stations. We realize solutions based on SCARA and 6-axis anthropomorphic robots.
In our applications we suggest our customers utilization of robots, which are most popular, have a developed support and easily available spare parts, such as KUKA, FANUC, MITSUBISHI and ABB.. However in one of our realizations we have integrated less known less known JANOME robots in SCARA (Selective Compliant Assembly Robot Arm) version.

Completely new feature are virtual reality visualizations – customer can watch his own production line in virtual space, take place near specified work station and verify if the suggested solutions are optimal.
